I was talking to Eric today on the phone and we got on the topic of food which we all know I love to talk about! And I asked him what he wanted to eat for his first meal when he gets back! Since his first meal good be in 12 weeks or even 17 I had to blog just so I don't forget. Here's what he wants:
A large salad with out cucumbers or dressing (he hates dressing!)
A nice big steak, I forgot to ask him how he wants it cooked though, so I need to figure that out!
HOMEMADE mashed potatoes and gravy. "Not that fake stuff your mom swears is real" That's a direct quote!
Green bean casserole with extra onion crunchies :)
Beer from the Harmon Brewery in Tacoma
And German Chocolate Cake. (this is what he picked because he was forced to, hes not a dessert person!)
So if you have a great way to cook steak or how to make amazing German chocolate cake, send it my way PRETTY PLEASE!!
